BOOKING A BLOOD TEST

We are noticing an increasing number of patients booking their blood tests at Sir Robert Peel Hospital. Unfortunately, we do not receive any blood test results if you have your blood test at Sir Robert Peel Hospital, Samuel Johnson Hospital, Burton Hospital or any of the clinics in Burton.

Please only have your blood test at:

  • Polesworth Health Centre
  • Atherstone Memorial Hall
  • Coleshill Leisure Centre
  • George Eliot Hospital
  • Bedworth Health Centre
  • Hinkley Leicester Road Football Stadium
  • Nuneaton Town Centre
  • Bulkington Village Community Centre

There is a telephone line for those who cannot book online, please call 02476 153546 between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

All blood tests are by appointment, please book an appointment by using the link above. If you have an appointment and cannot attend, please remember to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that someone else can use the time slot that you no longer need.

Please ensure you have a current blood test request form. Unfortunately, your blood test will need to be rescheduled if you do not have a blood test request form when you come to a Blood Test clinic.
