Accessible Information

The accessible Information Standard is a new information standard which must be implemented by all organisations that provide NHS or adult social care.

It aims to ensure that people who have a disability, impairment or sensor loss receive information that they can access and understand, for example in large print, braille or professional communication support if they need it such as British Sign Language interpreter.

To help us get better at communicating, we want to make sure you can read and understand any information we send you.

If you need information in large print or easy read or any other format, please let us know.

Please inform the receptionist at your next visit so we can record on your records any such needs.

Thank you
