DNA ‘s Patients who Do Not Attend
The number of DNA s per week for doctors and nurses is increasing at the practice and can cause frustration especially at this time when appointments are scarce due to increased demand.
Please contact the surgery and cancel your appointment in advance whenever possible.
There are times when it is not always possible and we do understand there are always unforseen circumstances but if the surgery is made aware we can re use the appointment.
On occasion DNA ‘s have been known when the staff have booked same day appointments.
