To request a telephone consultation with a doctor or nurse, please leave a message with reception 01827 872755 (Kingsbury) or 01827 872490 (Hurley). Alternatively, you can leave a message by selecting option 3 when you call Kingsbury reception.
Please make sure we have your up to date telephone number and remember to advise the practice immediately of any change to telephone number or address.
The staff will make arrangements for the doctor to call you back.
If for any reason you will be unable to take the call, please notify the surgery as soon as possible.
